report here an article that appeared today on CremaOnLine Paullese on the issue. It speaks in an ever more insistent to circumvent the problem of lack of government funding (but also a real interest in our territory ...) taking this work for the project financing or in whole by entrusting the establishment and management to individuals who set up a toll once built the infrastructure to fall costs.
