THE CITY COUNCIL OF FERRARA

whereas the serious crisis that struck the countries of the North Africa invests the balance of geopolitical world and especially our country as a result of the particular story that sets us apart and the importance of both political and commercial relations that our country has with them and in particular with Libya;
